I have the honour to inform you that owing

to my recent circumstances I cannot continue my service at

the Tung Wa Hospital as Resident Surgeon and I regret very

much that I have to tonder my rosignation from the 1st. of this

month. I hope you will be good enough to forward the same to

the Principal Civil Medidal Officer.
